Event Details

Festival Overview: The Asian/Pacific American Heritage Festival is the largest Pan-Asian cultural event on the East Coast, attracting  8,000 guests each year. Attendees include members of the APA community (Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Pakistani, Singaporean, Thai, Vietnamese, Other) and friends of the community from throughout the NY metro area.

Our landmark 30th year promises to be the best yet. The festival will be a flurry of family-friendly activities:
  • Live Music and Dance
  • Martial Arts Demonstration
  • Children’s Fair
  • Foods of Asia
  • }Healthcare Pavilion
  • Cultural and Community Education 

Your contributions, combined with donations from our individual and corporate sponsors, help make the festival possible.

Benefits of Booth Rental: Rent a booth and help contribute to this community production while also reaching thousands of people at a low cost:}

  • Day-of Interactions: Meet and greet with your target audience, whether prospective customers and volunteers, or relevant community members
  • Website: Increase your web presence with a listing on the newly designed festival website as a festival attendee
  • Brochure: Register early and be featured in the souvenir brochure distributed to all festival attendees as a keepsake
  • Media Coverage: Potential for even wider coverage! The festival has been covered in the past by major press outlets such as NY1, Fox News, CBS News, NY Times, Time Out New York, Daily News, and a comprehensive list of ethnic media and newspapers
Booth Package: Cost of booth rental varies by registration date and organization type. Booth package includes:
  • 6' x 2' table (half booth shares a table)
  • 2 chairs (half booth rentals each get 1 chair)
  • Listing on festival website prior to the festival
  • Early Bird Bonus: Register by 3/31 and be listed in the festival brochure!  

Other Ways to Get Involved: Other valuable ways to help contribute to the festival include:

  • Donations: Donate goods and services for festival use or as prizes for events or re-sold for fundraising
  • Sponsorship: Make a tax-deductible donation to CAPA, the festival organizer, a 501c3 non-profit organization 
  • Advertising: Purchase advertising space in the brochure
  • Promotion: Help promote the festival by spreading the word to other organizations, vendors, and participants!

Note to Participants:

  • Early reservations with full payment will be given priority
  • CAPA reserves the right to refuse applications (with refund)
  • Participants should arrive no earlier than 10:00 am on the day of the Festival to set up booths
  • No serving of alcoholic beverages or use of a bullhorn or other form of sound amplification is permitted
  • Each organization is responsible for cleaning their booth area and bringing necessary garbage bags
  • The festival is rain or shine
