Festival Overview: The Asian/Pacific American Heritage Festival is the largest Pan-Asian cultural event on the East Coast, attracting 8,000 guests each year. Attendees include members of the APA community (Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Pakistani, Singaporean, Thai, Vietnamese, Other) and friends of the community from throughout the NY metro area.
Our landmark 30th year promises to be the best yet. The festival will be a flurry of family-friendly activities:

Booth Package: Cost of booth rental varies by registration date and organization type. Booth package includes:

Early Bird Bonus: Register by 3/31 and be listed in the festival brochure!
Other Ways to Get Involved: Other valuable ways to help contribute to the festival include:

Donations: Donate goods and services for festival use or as prizes for events or re-sold for fundraising

Sponsorship: Make a tax-deductible donation to CAPA, the festival organizer, a 501c3 non-profit organization

Note to Participants:

Early reservations with full payment will be given priority

CAPA reserves the right to refuse applications (with refund)

Participants should arrive no earlier than 10:00 am on the day of the Festival to set up booths

No serving of alcoholic beverages or use of a bullhorn or other form of sound amplification is permitted

Each organization is responsible for cleaning their booth area and bringing necessary garbage bags
